The prize is a weekend break to Paris for two people, including flights from the UK and two nights’ accommodation at a 4* hotel.

 Terms and Conditions

1. This draw is open to existing clients of COBRA Insurance Brokers only, who are UK residents aged 18 and over.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Open to those who accurately and correctly complete the referral and return before the closing date.
4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted by COBRA for entries lost, corrupted or delayed in transmission.
5. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by telephone, email or post within four days of the closing date. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner's responsibility to notify COBRA of any change in contact information.
6. Unclaimed prizes may be passed on to other entrants.
7. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize is a weekend break to Paris for two people (18/over), including flights from the UK and two consecutive nights' accommodation only at a 4* Parisian hotel (both subject to availability). Must be taken before 31st March 2011. The winner is responsible for their own travel insurance, transport to and from the airport and hotel, hotel extras any other costs/expenses. Both travellers must have valid EU passports.
9. The winner will notify COBRA by letter or email of their preferred dates, giving at least two weeks notice and two alternative dates. No alterations, exchanges or refunds will be permitted after the reservation has been made.
10. All passengers must travel together on both the outbound and return journeys.
11. Prize not transferable, no whole/part cash alternatives, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control COBRA reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal value.
12. Entry into the draw authorises COBRA to contact and to publish the name of the winner. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
13. All entries and copyright in them automatically become the property of COBRA.
14. The drawing winner's name will be made available from COBRA on request.
15. Entry into this prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
16. The closing date for entries for this competition is the 30th September 2010.
