In the event of a loss, we want to ensure that your claim is dealt with the minimum of fuss and correctly. We will also keep our clients fully informed of the progress of the claim.

This is why we have our own claims department who act in the best interest of our clients.

To improve the claims service, we have introduced generic claim forms for the main classes of insurance and COBRA Accident Management for motor claims.

If you need to make a claim, or alternatively, need to discuss an existing claim, please email our Claims team or alternatively call them on 01883 346 346, quoting your claims reference number which can be found in the top right hand corner of any correspondence we have sent you.
