Tim Williams - Head of CDU and Personal Lines
Tim commenced his insurance career with Bain Clarkson in September 1993 as a Personal Lines Customer Services Advisor. Having experienced two mergers, Tim moved from Customer Services to a more sales focused role within the Toyota Affinity scheme for AON.
He then quickly progressed to head up a fully delegated in house underwriting scheme underwritten by East West and was subsequently appointed Team Leader of the Customer Services department covering a number of Personal Lines Affinity Schemes including Rover Insurance, Toyota Insurance and Age Concern.
Following the creation of a further two Affinity schemes for the Institute of Advanced Motorists and Yamaha, Tim was appointmented to Customer Service Manager.
After 9 years at AON, Tim then moved to Truman Lincoln Ltd as Personal Lines Manager and following the creation of COBRA Insurance Brokers in January 2006, Tim's remit was then expanded to include Personal Lines and the Commercial Development Unit.
Tim enjoys going to the gym, go karting and playing 5-a-side football and has a keen interest in cars and motor bikes.

Jan Staniforth ACII - Compliance Manager
Jan started her insurance career in 1979 at General Accicent Insurance Company in Putney, dealing with Personal Lines Clients and moving to Croydon in 1992 as a Commercial Underwriter. She transferred to CGU Insurance Company in 1999 to write Commercial business and in 2000 joined BKG Insurance Brokers as a Commercial Account Handler.
Jan subsequently managed the small commercial business department and in 2005 she both qualified as an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute and gained the designation of Chartered Insurance Broker.
She moved to COBRA Insurance Brokers in 2006 to manage the compliance of the company
Jan is married and her hobbies include travelling and music.
